I replied to a job posting on LinkedIn and got a response from the company within a week of submitting my resume. They asked me to go in for and interview the following week.
I met with the owner personally, and was very impressed by his professionalism and the standard to which he holds his employees.
The interview questions and process were quite standard.

Owner either unprofessional or mercenary—or both. I told him my current salary was in the mid-70,000s. He came back with an offer the next day...for $50k. A little delusional on his part to think I would leave a good job for a lot less.

We're still pretenders. How can you make us legitimate?
Owner unprofessional. Conducted interview in his apartment lobby. Had no idea how to conduct an interview. Not exactly dressed to impress. Had little interest in speaking about the position.
