Haven Technologies interview questions

A really streamlined process that only took about 2-3 weeks. I interviewed with a recruiter, and then with a couple of managers of the department. All interviewees were kind, easy to chat with, and were engaged with the conversations from start to finish.

Process involved HR call, hiring manager call and the last round peer panel group. Very dis-organized and it seems they don’t really know how to interview people properly. I had zero motivation to interview for this role after reading that the company just laid off 70% of their staff. Yet, the hiring manager would not mention anything about it.
