The interview consisted of multiple questions geared towards understanding if you had the right sort of "sales" mentality and how you would respond to specific customer situations. Lots of "what would you do if..."

Online application included assessment. In person interview in 2 weeks. I thought the interview went great. There is a personality test. I never got a call back but I know all about the company.
