I applied online. The first was a video recorded interview where you answer a couple questions, mainly about leadership experience (you have unlimited number of retakes). A few weeks later, they scheduled a video call interview with HR. This one was more behavioral.

Online Interview - Interview over Skype, HR was very nice and was more about behavioral questions.
