I got a call the day before for a phone screen. Did well. Then they asked to video chat instead of coming into the office. Thought that was weird, considering I live fairly close to the office. When the interviewer saw me, she automatically frowned. I noticed it immediately but ignored it. I then saw that she was not really interested in asking me any real questions. Based on the way I looked, the interview was over before it started. This company is very discriminative. If you don’t look a certain color, they won’t hire you.
