Teams call with Director of Human Resources. Regular call, seemed to have went well with HR stating that the process will move quickly and will get an on-site set up as early as the following week. Two weeks go by and send an email, no response. Two more weeks, another email, no response. One more week and still no response. This is down right unprofessional from a "Director of HR" who seems to believe that ghosting people will make people want to work at that company.

Quick to schedule, traditional ME role required Lean experience. Casual questions,promising to call back with a decision either way. However, that promise was broken. Lack of integrity right off the bat.
