Haywood Community College interview questions

Basic interview process-got a phone call to set up an interview and then had an in-person interview which lasted about 45 minutes. Basically your typical interview questions. There were about 4 people in the interview room taking turns reading off a sheet of questions.

They hire by committee. This format can intimidate some people but don't let it. Most of the people on the committee are chosen based on getting a variety of employees from different departments instead of those that know the skills required of the potential employee. Takes around 30 to 45 minutes. Questions are fairly typical. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience.
