I was invited to two separate interviews and started working at head Rush in late 2014. The first meeting involved a tour of the manufacturing facility and offices by one of the owners, followed by a one-on-one interview asking typical questions. The second interview was with the same owner and roughly 14 staff members who had each been asked to prepare questions of me. There were some outstanding questions, but nothing I was unable to answer. An offer followed shortly after the second interview.
