Headway Workforce Solutions interview questions

Telephone call consisting of straight-forward questions related directly to the position. Required a second interview, which was slightly more comprehensive also done via telephone. Had to provide references before getting hired.

First interview with hiring manager but then an assignment that took 45 minutes. Didn’t get a rejection from the recruiter only an automated email… terrible customer service which is ironic considering it was for a customer service role!
