Initially, they mentioned there would be two rounds of interviews. After successfully completing those, I was informed there would be an additional round. I cleared that as well, but then they added yet another technical round. This lengthy and uncertain hiring process has been quite frustrating. It creates a lot of ambiguity and makes it difficult to feel confident about the next steps.
