Virtual first round interview with a Human Resources officer. Had a great conversation and seemed promising. Talked in depth about the role and experience. Then didn't hear back for a while while they updated the job description.

Process was slow. The hiring manager didn’t get back to me by the time in which she had told me. I was on edge. Interview questions were ok. They look for someone who will fit into their culture.

Very quick interview. Interview ran through the basics of the organization, the logistics of the internship, and then threw a few softball questions that he did not seem very interested in hearing the responses to. Felt like decision had been made before the interview even started
