      I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at HealthDrive

      When I arrived the HR recruiter and the director was at least 20 minutes late. I met with four different people who regurgitated the same questions and everyone was late. After meeting with HR and 3 of the management staff, I then was asked to shadow an employee to get a feel of the system for at least an hour. This should have been a part of the on boarding process and I was essentially working without pay. The entire process took 3 hours including the time waiting for management staff. HR did not appropriately notify me that this would take so long and I felt that it wasn’t respectful to my time, I had to get away from my previous job for all that time and then make up the hours missed.

      Why was I looking for a new job/ what experience I have that would transfer to the role/ I had to explain why I left each job prior to my current role/ basic interview questions that were asked with each person I met with.
