Applied on Glassdoor and head back fairly soon from the current HR/Recruiter. Pretty average phone interview, it was more informational than it was formal. Invited to come onsite and meet with the President. I took time off from work to come in, met with the President, was again more of a conversation. He said he'd reach out to connect me with one more person on the team. I had to email and follow up, he said he needed another week due to hectic schedule. I waited another week. I followed up again, and never heard back. It's been over two months now. As a recruiting Specialist, I'm glad I didn't end up moving forward.
