However, I only heard back after three weeks, receiving a generic email and being asked to complete a written interview. Following that, a video interview with lengthy and indirect questions occurred two weeks later. Despite my thorough preparation, there was no respectful communication about the decision to pursue a different direction, which contradicts their emphasis on kindness.
