Interview
The interview process was fast, and pleasant. The initial call was from Israel, he seemed enthusiastic about his role and the company as a whole. He asked questions and allowed me to ask questions as well and answered every one.
Company overview, asked if we had questions and were very direct with the expectations & support. They let me know it was commission only and residual income based which frightened me at first, but I soon found that I was making more weekly/monthly this way than I was on my hourly job prior.

It started with a small group interview about our experience, strengths, and interests followed by presentation by company founder. From there, we met with a regional manager for a one-on-one interview to learn about expectations and best practices.
