The interview was an initial casual interview and presentation, its was average and nothing out of the ordinary.
The problem was the absolute lack of feedback, neither positive nor negative, despite my follow-up email.
This is quite frustrating and, frankly, very unprofessional, particularly when the candidate has dedicated 4–5 hours of work.
As advice, the way you treat candidates is a proxy for your work culture, if there is a decent amount of poor feedback from candidates, I am inclined to think that this culture is also prevalent once you join, particularly when only 55% of employees and former employees approve of the CEO.

Describe your most relevant sales leadership role where you built a repeatable engine for high-volume, mid-market deals
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Healthera in Nov 2025
Interview
I received a home assignment and spent around 5–6 hours completing it. After that, I got rejected with no real feedback—just a generic message.
This was very frustrating and disappointing. I invested serious time and energy, and they didn’t even explain what was wrong or why I was rejected. If a company asks candidates to do long home assignments, giving at least basic feedback should be the minimum.
This hiring process feels unfair and disrespectful to candidates’ time.

Question 1
I needed to create queue management api with multiple different queue providers. I needed to have kafka service, sqs service and some local representation of queue management. during init of the app I needed to load correct service according to env variables.
Applied for the role twice. First time was an impromptu phone conversation that lasted 3 minutes and the second time was a 20minute interview where the interviewer was very distracted and did not ask me any questions about my experience or why I wanted to join the company. I then got ghosted on both occasions. With no rejection email. Found that extremely unprofessional.
