Interviewed with a software developer of the company that asked easy questions. Answered them correctly, but interviewer kept looking at the phone when I was answering questions, highly disrespectful. Interviewer didn't bother to drill down on experience and knowledge, questions were very superficial and seemed like they didn't care at all. Don't invite to an interview if you aren't seriously considering a candidate.
