I got a phone call from their Internal recruiter and at the time their ONLY recruiter from my resume I had posted on Indeed. I had a brief phone call and was asked to come in for a face to face interview. I had met with him a few days later and was there for an hour. It was the normal type of questions. How do you find candidates? What sources do you use? After that I was told to have another phone call with the person from HR that works from home but is a big part of the company. I was on the phone with her for about an hour. I had asked BOTH people I had interviewed with what the salary rate was and NIETHER of them could give me a straight forward answer. One answer was " well it all depends on experience we could pay $40K or go all the way up to $90k." Any recruiter knows that is way to big of a range and I'm sure they both knew what the CEO had told them what the range was. I was told that I would get a phone call back from the recruiter in a few days. 2 weeks later..... I got an email from the recruiter stating they wanted me to meet with the CEO but was still in the hiring process since they wanted to present him with 2 candidates. That was the last time that I would hear from them! I called them a few days to follow up. No Answer. I emailed.. No Answer.
