Lengthy too many interviews with non stakeholders. Most interview panel appeared to be disgruntled employees with long tenure. HRBP seemed unsure of the function of their role(s). Interview panel was often late or unable to log in correctly
Over the phone, then in person with the coordinator and floor manager. Spoke about where I lived and if I had any experience in the field. It was a program that paid 3,000 for a six week program and then you had to stay as a employee for a year after, Then filled out application in person as well.

Very limited communication between the different rounds, the 2nd round interview was 10 minutes and very quick; felt like I wasn't able to get a gauge of the process. Process also felt disorganized due to the leadership change.
