initial phone interview and 2 on site interviews. All contact with Lehigh Hanson was faiirly un-professional. Rushed. Felt like they were just shotgunning applicants. This was proven out at the on site.

Intense process with phone interview, screening then in-person multiple panel. Good questions with lots of notes taken. I felt that it was a fair exchange where I was also able to unquire.
