I was contacted by external recruiting agency and same person coordinated the communications throughout the process. I had 4 interviews across 4 days. Most of the discussion was around my previous experience and requirements of the job, few behavioral questions, Everyone were kind and professional. I spoke with the person I was going to replace, GM, CFO, Product lead i.e. almost with entire executive leadership of this start-up. I also got a feedback call after letting me know that I was not selected. According to recruiter, they offered job to other person who could join immediately and didn't require relocation.
