Interview
Candidates referred by existing employees get preference. HR phone screening interview first, followed by in-person interviews with various senior managers, followed by a series of peer interviews with employees in similar job description. In the past they have asked candidates to present a case study to a small group of senior managers as a final evaluation tool.

Interview
Interview process was pretty standard for a large firm. Started with a phone interview with HR and proceeded to a 1st round with the head of Asset Management for the particular department this interview was for (student housing).
