The initial interviewer made a good impression—they were friendly, welcoming, and clearly made an effort to help me feel comfortable during the process.
The interview followed a classic three-step structure:
The first round was with HR.
The second was with the team manager.
The final round involved higher-level executives.
The team manager asked thoughtful and challenging questions, which I appreciated. I understand that interviewers often maintain a neutral demeanor, but his tone came across as unusually flat. Since he is the one making the final hiring decision, a slightly more welcoming approach would have made the interaction more engaging.
