Applied through Indeed. Phone screen 3 days later (~30 min). On site interview 2 days after - 3 groups, 30 min each, mostly discussed my previous experience from a technical perspective and a few typical behavioral questions. Asked for a tour of the facilities afterward. They called an hour after I left the onsite interview with an offer, which I accepted.

Consisted of an afternoon of 5 people, half hour each. 2 of 5 no shows and I was waiting for 20min in the room by myself twice. Their Sr. Mech. Eng. job posting has been there forever... I leave it up to you to think about.

Of the 3 of 5 people who showed up to talk to me, it was just normal interview questions... and discussion of company status, intros, etc. Nothing good/bad/out of ordinary.
