1st round: Phone Screen with recruiter on what sort of position you're looking for, behavior and culture match.
2nd round: Group interview for a portfolio review with multiple team members and departments. It was followed by 1:1 interview with 3 VPs, and 2 head of departments.
3rd round: After the interview, I was contacted within 3 days by their Staffing team to discuss salary and start date.
Overall the process was very quick and professional. The Recruiting team on the Helix side listens to your needs and makes sure that you're not only a good fit culturally but that the company also has the right role for you.
I found the interview itself pretty difficult given that it was a marathon day of group panel discussion followed by 1:1's. I can see why the bar is high here given that a lot are ex-Google, ex-Facebook, etc. from top companies.
