HelloConnect Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I have a very pleasant experience dealing with the people during the interview process. Ms. Renea from Recruitment was very nice and welcoming. Level 2/Ops interview was nerve-wracking but it was a pleasant experience, haha it gave me an awesome impression of how nice, professional, and good leaders in this company, especially TL Kristine A. I don't know - it's just an interview, she even prepared me for the final interview. I instantly felt a sense of belongingness and a light/collaborative work environment. I sincerely appreciate the genuine support whenever you're going to the next level recruitment process.
