HelloFresh Engineering interview questions

YOU WILL GET REJECTED EVEN IF YOU GET AN OFFER. The worst interviewing experience in my whole career, and you might wonder why while noticing that I received an offer and accepted it. Simply put, this company has something called (Works Council) (Betriebsrat in German) which has the power to invalidate your signed contract based on subjective factors and without providing any reason or justification, and that's simply what happened to me after going through 5 stages, investing time and effort, receiving an offer, accepting it and signing the contract. These Works Councils is something like unions, enabled by government yet they bare no responsibility for their decisions and can be very opinionated or biased just like the case with HelloFresh's Council. They actually invalidated all new hired contracts that same month for no valid reason other than - in my opinion - signalling out that they're here! They say that "they want to ensure fairness in hiring without defining what that even means. Even worse no one in the company can question their decisions. Therefor, if you value your time and effort, never apply to this company as there is no guarantee to get the job even after signing the contract, and they will provide you no reason.
