The interviews were interesting, mostly regular questions from the real life of a developer. All interviewers were welcoming and conversations were smart. Would have accepted the offer if not the requirement to work from the office half a week

A very negative experience. It all started when the company tried to hire me through an outsourcing firm, which took me two calls (screening and technical) and I never received any feedback on them. Then I received an invitation directly, but the engineer didn’t show up for the call (they contacted me the next day). After that, they quickly scheduled four more calls for me (experience, live coding, architectural, and behavioral) and tried to lower my grade during the process. I want to note that I was impressed by the level of the questions and the technical interviewers; however, at the same time, HR made a mistake twice and sent the wrong time for the call, and the manager was 10 minutes late for the final call even after I warned them. In the end, I was rejected without receiving detailed feedback while the actual interview went well. I liked the technical staff, but there are issues on the management side—most likely related to budgets and planning.
