I went through two rounds of interviews at Hellosaurus. The folks I spoke to were courteous and enthusiastic about the mission of the company. I felt like there was a good match between the role and my experience. I was informed the next phase would be a creative assignment, but after two unreturned emails, I took the hint that they were not interested.
I realize Hellosaurus is a small company, and that their HR process is not fully baked. But ghosting candidates is such a disrespectful move. Please don't leave candidates hanging especially after giving positive indicators on their candidacy for a role.
