Helping Hands interview questions

We met at a sit down shop, didn’t even talk about work, mainly drama going on in there life and things that threw me threw a loop and uncomfortable. I just tried to sympathize while wondering….. How does this person have and own and run this business when all they did was talk bout themself… not to mention the people already employed (mind you almost all employees were on drugs)

Application filled out and called for interview with program manager. was asked various questions concerning my experience .Was told that their were shift differentials for over night weekend shifts. Client was discussed with me in general terms and I was offered job.
