Hemlock Printers interview questions

Causal screening interview with HR, very friendly and relaxed. I was told I would hear back within a few days which I did not. I waited almost two weeks to follow up, then heard back a few days later only to find out that the position had changed to a director level role which I was not qualified for. I understand that these things happen, but I was disappointed with how it was handled. They were also not able to provide a salary range for the role, claiming that it's difficult to budget for, yet someone else had worked in the role recently.

I had a total of two interviews with the company, one conducted with the Manager and one with the President on different days. Great, relaxed interview. I wish I had been more prepared.
