Submitted an application with references, took a personality test and had a brief pre-interview with the new car manager. Was called back for a full interview with the new and pre-owned managers, and the GM, two weeks later. I was asked specific questions about my previous employment, how I would handle certain situations, and how I thought my personality might fit the company.
