It was really quick, the lady on the phone was nice and outgoing. She gave me a brief picture of the company but did ensure me the hiring manager will go into much detail (which he did). Asked me a few questions and she schedule me in for the day after, because they were booked for the next day. Overall, it was an easy process and I felt comfortable. During the one on one interview I was at first skeptical because I felt it was too good to be true, but they showed different offices in the nation plus the GroupMe chat that he had where he communicates with his other offices. Lots of opportunity, and that is what made me said YES! And as a current employee, the reviews here don't really give a great detail picture of the company. I would recommend to just try it out and if it doesn't work for you, than let them know, but I don't think listening to SOMEONE else negative opinion about a workplace should determine YOUR decision in working there. If i listened to the reviews back in January, I would be working at a whatever job but unfortunately I didn't because I am on my way as manager! #getexcited
