Interview
Manager already had her bias immediately she saw me. She was questioning the "reach" of my previous organization rather than focusing on the industry and skills. This was an "entry-level" position by the way.

Hr competency based interview followed by hiring manager interview. Competency based interview last an hour over the phone and was a series of questions. The face to face was hiring manager and was much more casual, with questions around the role and experience to date
