The first interview was with the intern program director and the second interview was with the potential hiring manager. Most of the questions were behavioral. It was not a difficult process and preferred over pre-recorded interviews.

The first stage was a 30 minute phone screening with a hiring manager. Then a 45 minute panel interview with 4 employees ranging from analysts to senior managers. Entirely behavioral and resume based. Heard back a couple days after panel interview.

Two rounds, both heavy behavioral and why Henkel and the role. First round was a lower level assosicate and the second round was two managers. Each interview was 30 minutes long.

Very smooth and collaborative process. Phone interview followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. They were very transparent & accomodating of my schedule, and lengthened the amount of days I had to revert back to them on the offer.
