Had first round call and they were very nice. They asked straight forward questions about your experience and resume and definitely were not intimidating at all. They followed up very quickly for next round interview.
The first stage was a 30 minute phone screening with a hiring manager. Then a 45 minute panel interview with 4 employees ranging from analysts to senior managers. Entirely behavioral and resume based. Heard back a couple days after panel interview.

Very smooth and collaborative process. Phone interview followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. They were very transparent & accomodating of my schedule, and lengthened the amount of days I had to revert back to them on the offer.
