Interview
It was a several stage interview process.After sendinf CV ans cover lettee I got a call where I was told a little more about the position and was asked a few things in English and some questions about the company.After we scheduled an interview and before that an Excel test.It was mostly v lookup and some calculations and then the 1st interview round with the Brand manager and Junior Brand Manager. I was asked about my experience,some marketing questions and expectations.Then a 2nd round with the same two people to further assess my marketing skills.The final step was a call with the Head of the Department.It was rather informal,I was asked again about my experiences ,why I want to work at Henkel .Overall it was a long process but everyone was very nice and I felt comfortable during the process.

1 colloquio conoscitivo su teams con l'HR, poi 2 colloquio tecnico con l'HR e la manager, poi 3 colloquio con hiring manager.
domande sia in italiano che in inglese.
domande relative all’ipotesi di lancio nuovo prodotto sul mercato per un detersivo per bambini, ho dovuto prevedere a quante persone sarebbe arrivato il prodotto partendo dalla popolazione italiana e facendo diverse ipotesi. Poi mi è stata chiesto come mai volessi lavorare proprio da loro

il colloquio si struttura in tre fasi, una chiamata telefonica, un colloquio hr ed uno con il manager. In principio viene chiesto di presentare il proprio CV , quindi delle domande personali, sulle proprie aspirazioni lavorative , infine viene posto un piccolo business case come una pubblicità il copy di un prodotto o simili
