I applied on their website, they called me to schedule an excel test, which was an average level of difficulty. After I passed the test I had an interview online and the last stage was an Interview face to face with my future supervisor. I waited longer than I thought to get called back and schedule a last interview, but they explained that there were a lot of vacation days taken and that is why it took longer than usual.

i got interviewd in person after the career fair, the interview was 20 min, it was very nice and calm with so much information, know the process and try to impress them, dont make small talk they dont like that
