The interview process was a great experience—very friendly and relaxed. The conversation flowed naturally, making it an enjoyable discussion rather than a stressful evaluation. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’d recommend being ready for the case-based discussion.

CV und Anschreiben abgeschickt und etwa 1-2 Wochen später eine Einladung zum Interview erhalten. Interview lief online ab mit 2 Managern. Fragen bezogen sich aufs CV, situationsbedingte Fragen und eine analytische und eine kreative Case-Aufgabe. Daraufhin habe ich nach kurzer Zeit eine Zusagw bekommen.
