I was interviewed by both someone from HR and one of the owners. Very awkward questions that had very little to do with the role. I suppose they could be considered behavioral type questions, but they were so ridiculous and far different than anything I'd ever heard before. It was very repetitive, and the vibe he gave off was extremely too-cool-for-school. It's fairly apparent he didn't want to be there (at the company) and was irritated that his other businesses hadn't taken off (he took up about 1/3rd of the time he spoke nostalgically recalling them). Overall a very awkward and weird interview process.
