Online interview with a panel earlier in the spring came initial interview with department head and a few other people. Then eventually I had an interview with the individual school in-person in July as the school year approached.

The most insightful question that was asked was how I chose which teachers to coach.
Furthermore I was asked about building relationships, community involvement, team dynamics , Tech Frameworks & Adult Learning methods , past experiences, and new ideas.
