You have to come to the campus to fill out a paper application. Usually, applying online does not go through. You wil be called for an interview within a week after applying if you have the qualifications. Personally, I was offered a job via phone call only a few hours after my interview. There was no negotiating a salary. You will start at a base rate of 12.50/hr and then get an annual 2 percent pay increase if your review is acceptable.
