Very comfortable panel make you feel very welcome and comfortable. 4-15 minute sessions with breaks in between. Great process. They start with a orientation about company history, pay, benefits package, retirement package. All staff members were very open to any questions and welcomed every applicant warmly. They encourage you to reach out to anyone you contact to ask questions. What a refreshing way to interview candidates.

Just a get to know you. 4 separate interviewers asking an array of questions to get to see if you will fit in with the culture (my opinion)

Interview
Round Robin type interviews. So mentally prepare to do about 4~5 interviews over a few hours. Some interviewers felt almost identical but some really wanted to get to know you and hear your career story.
I attended the career fair and was able to secure a next-day interview. I had an hour-long interview where I was asked questions about myself and my experience, and I was able to ask multiple questions.

Good during process but, not good communication on a yes or no. This is not a good sign. Didn't bother to give me a generic sorry we won't be pursuing you.
