I was working for another company on one of their sites. The Safety Director for the site called me into is his office and asked if I was interested at all in working for Hensel Phelps. I actually was looking around at the time and for what I saw of the site I was on with them HP was very organized. I sat and talked with the safety director about general departments of HP and their responsibilities. He told me if I truly was interested he had a place for me. I thought about it and safety was not where I saw myself heading and declined

Interview
The interview process was very simple. They came to my college career fair and reached out to me asking to speak to them during that day. After a conversation at the table, they asked me to sign up for an interview. I interviewed the next day with four people in the room asking me various questions about how I would deal with various scenarios.

A ten minute call talking about the project and company. It was nice. The interviewer was a nice project manager that told me about the work that they do and asked me about my background.

Many screenings into a standard interview, started as a quick 30 minute screen into an interview with a manager and finally an interview with a senior official. My first two interviews were very casual but the final one was much more technical and professional
