Herb Pharm interview questions

This is was the 2nd time that I'd interviewed with Herb Pharm. The first time about a year ago, consisted of a 30 min phone interview with HR. After that first interview, no response. Nothing. Completely ghosted. I thought: "Okay, well that's that". Then, when I applied, and they called me to interview a 2nd time just recently (they did remember me), I got much further in the process and actually met with their VP of Marketing. He was very nice, and the interview went really well (or so I thought). They said they'd follow up with me, and I really did believe that. However, after two mails to both the HR and Marketing people, I once again received nothing in return. No "not a good fit", no "we have gone another direction". Nothing. I'm writing this so that the next person who interviews with them isn't surprised or disappointed by being ignored subsequent to what they felt was a really great interview. They seem like really nice people, and a good place to work, but I will tell you that I don't appreciate being treated so unprofessionally.
