The follow-up process after my application was very quick. Following the online interview, I was asked to complete both a personality test and an aptitude test. I received the ProfileXT evaluation: the aptitude test results were excellent, and the personality test showed no major red flags either. Still, I feel the accuracy of such personality assessments is around 80%—which actually aligns with the officially stated 82%—since there were a few points I strongly disagreed with. Shortly after, I was rejected, with the explanation that even a one- or two-point deviation from the “desired” profile makes it pointless to proceed to the next stage. In my view, the company is overly focused on finding a unicorn and relies too heavily on a personality test that cannot provide fully accurate feedback.
