HUMILIATING HIRING PROCESS! I’m beyond appalled by the whole experience! Between their first approach and the final contact, 2 MONTHS, 4 INTERVIEWS and 2 LONG LANGUAGE TESTS have gone by. In the middle of the process, I received an offer from a smaller company and asked Hermès what the economic offer was, since this information hadn’t been displayed on the listing or discussed during any interview, and I would have liked to evaluate my options better. They REFUSED to provide me with this “detail” alleging it wouldn’t be disclosed until I had “advanced further in the selection”. I have taken the risk to refuse the job offer (they needed a prompt reply) trusting such a huge powerhouse would not underpay me. It turns out they dismissed me with no feedback and leaving me completely in the dark regarding the salary. I don’t regret refusing the job offer since I was perfectly aware I had no guarantee they’d hire me. My disappointment / bafflement comes from wasting so much of my time and energy for a position that was not even at a managerial level and for a brand that deserves no respect whatsoever, unlike the prestigious image they try to portray.
