Hernando County School Board interview questions

I got the interview by applying through the website and checking the instructional positions. I felt as though I should have elaborated my answers. There was a series of questions which were all open ended and as I answered the interviewer took notes. Some of the questions I was asked were "what would you do if a student made a hurtful comment to another?, what are your strengths?, do you plan to continue your education (since I am a sub)?, and how do you use organization?
