Interview
There was no interview process. After applying via email we were just asked if we wanted to be a part of the program. It was also unpaid and there was group of interns.
30-minute phone interview. The questions they asked were not extremely difficult. Be prepared to talk about your past agency experience and what makes you stand out. Focus on what kind of specific projects you have completed in the past.

I interviewed over the phone with Holly and it was about 15 mins. She asked basic questions. She asked me to send writing samples which I did right away along with a "thank you." I didn't hear back for about two weeks and when I did, it was offer me an internship position!
