Phone interview for competencies, followed by assessment center which has 3 main tasks. 1) Group task based around working as a team to achieve and then present a goal. 2) a presentation: random topic along the lines of "why do you want to work for HPE" - you have ten mins to prepare, and mins to present. 3) 1:1 interview - in depth investigation into your CV and relevent experiences.
